Preparation: 3 months of maceration with its skins.
Made with the historic Alicante varieties Merseguera and Muscat of Alexandria.
An "Orange Wine" that draws on the tradition of the ancient Mediterranean "Vinos Brisados."
The contact of the skins with the must gives it its extra point of acidity and freshness as well as its peculiar orange color.
Produced under the principles of minimal intervention, without additives until bottling.
TASTING:
"Intense yellow color, with orange reflections.
The nose is intense, with floral and fruity notes reminiscent of a Mediterranean garden. It smells of fennel, mandarin, and Mediterranean forest.
On the palate, it has good tension and very persistent aromas. Fine tannins.
PAIRING:
This is a very intense white wine that perfectly accompanies Alicante rice dishes based on meat or fish, as well as various stews and seafood tapas.
