An "Orange Wine" that draws on the tradition of the ancient Mediterranean "Brisado Wines".

Made under the principles of minimal intervention, without additives until the moment of bottling.
TASTING:
"Intense yellow color, with orange reflections.
On the nose it has great intensity, with floral and fruity sensations that recall a Mediterranean garden.
In the mouth it has good tension, with medium tannin and very persistent aromas. Fine tannins."
PAIRING:
It is a very intense white wine, which perfectly accompanies Alicante rice dishes based on meat or fish, as well as different stews and seafood tapas.
